Today’s Riverfront Times reports that the Missouri Supreme Court’s inaction on red-light camera cases in Ellisville and Arnold effectively invalidates those cities’ ordinances. The article notes that Ryan Keane tried the five cases out of Ellisville, Arnold, Creve Coeur, Florissant and Kansas City, all of which were turned down by the high court in Missouri.
