Areas of Practice

Kyle handles a vast array of personal injury and civil litigation matters, while supporting Keane Law’s work in class actions, employment disputes, business litigation, and environmental claims.  Mr. Krause has represented hundreds of Plaintiffs, helping them navigate their injury claims pre-suit, through negotiations, mediations, or trial, and successfully delivers strong results to help make his clients whole.  He also has a wealth of experience representing individuals and small businesses in contract, real estate, and other civil disputes, fighting to protect and/or pursue, their most valuable assets.

Kyle graduated from the University of Dayton with a Business Degree in 2017, before attending St. Louis University School of Law, where he received his J.D.  After passing the Missouri Bar in 2020, Kyle jumped right into Plaintiff’s work, handling claims for all kinds of motor vehicle collisions.  He built upon this experience by tackling civil disputes between small businesses, individuals, and property owners, with complex disputes from Small Claims, all the way up to Federal District Courts.  Kyle worked for two firms in Denver, Colorado, before he returned to his hometown in St. Louis, Missouri.  After coming home, he continued to develop his practice representing injured plaintiffs with premises liability claims, workplace injuries, medical malpractice claims, and – most recently – claims for injuries caused by asbestos and other toxic chemical exposures.

A competitive challenge-seeker, with a passion for helping others, Kyle is driven to fight for his clients through litigation and at trial.  Kyle’s craving for courtroom advocacy started at a young age, completing his first Mock Trial in Mr. Fisher’s Eighth Grade Social Studies class.  From there, he helped win a High School Mock Trial championship at SLUH, collected multiple All-Region Attorney Awards for the University of Dayton, and earned the St. Louis Lawyer’s Association’s Milton F. Napier award for his work on the St. Louis University Law School’s competitive Trial Advocacy team.

In service to the St. Louis legal community, Kyle sits as the Co-Chairman of the Golf Committee at the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.
